Company does not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

We have your consent.

We may share your personal information with our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or service partners for the purpose of processing your personal information on our behalf or to assist us with marketing, advertising or product/service offerings and fulfillment of orders. For example, we provide personal information to our service providers for direct emailing of our newsletters, online surveys or notifications of our product/service offerings.

Accessing and Updating Personal Information

When you use the Service, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either provide you means to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. Please note that if you cease using the Service or we terminate your access to the Service in accordance with our Terms of Use, you may no longer have the ability to access or update your personal information.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number or your password), we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (“SSL”). (To learn more about SSL, go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secure_Sockets_Layer). No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is one hundred percent secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Company regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. Please feel free to direct any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy or Company’s treatment of personal information by contacting us using the "contact" link on the Site. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer or personal data that cannot be resolved between Company and an individual.
